Cycle of Success^TM

The PFC Academy allows entry to players from the age of four years old upwards.  Once a player has joined the PFC Academy they enter the 'Cycle of Success', which is a progressional process governed entirely by ability.

During each phase every player is issued with a Player Development Profile, which contains a series of calculated technical, and as they get older, tactical targets.

The profle system is age specific, ensuring correct progression and the opportunity to master many different skills.  The PFC - Skills Cycle method cf coaching focuses on the technical and tactical aspects of football at ages when children are more likely to accept and retain the skills necessary to become better or perhaps even, professional players.
