Birthday Parties

Party options:

OPTION 1 - £136.50 (Unlimited numbers, PARENTAL SUPERVISION REQUIRED)

This includes:

Hire of inflatable target game ONLY.
(Maximum duration 2 hours including set up and pack away.)
Provision of one qualified PFC coach to maintain and operate the game ONLY.
FREE party invitations for each child.

OPTION 2 - £274.00 (Up to and including 32 children maximum.)

This includes:

Provision of TWO highly qualified PFC coaches for a two hour party duration.
Hire of all necessary kit and equipment including: mini-goals, balls, bibs, markers etc.
A special birthday present for the birthday child.
Hire of the NEW fantastic PFC 'Speed Target Game'.
Price includes set up and manning of inflatable speed game.
FREE party invitations for each child.

OPTION 3 - £186.00 (Up to and including 32 children maximum.)

This includes:

Provision of TWO qualified PFC coaches for a two hour party duration.
Hire of all necessary kit and equipment including: mini-goals, balls, bibs, markers etc.
A special birthday present for the birthday child.
FREE party invitations for each child.

OPTION 4 - £136.50 (Up to and including 16 children maximum.)

This includes:

Provision of ONE highly qualified PFC sports coach for a two hour party duration.
Hire of all necessary kit and equipment including: mini-goals, balls, bibs, markers etc.
A special birthday present for the birthday child.
FREE party invitations for each child.

Please note a 50% deposit will be required at the time of booking. The balance will become due 28 days before the birthday, you will be issued with a letter of confirmation.

Party Venue

PFC has links with Wilmslow High School which offers superb indoor and outdoor sports facilities. Price: £30 per hour.
We would be happy to book this venue on your behalf if required.
Price includes VAT at 15%.

Party Food

At present PFC does not have any links with outside caterers, therefore party food would have to be arranged by the person(s) booking the party.

Birthday Present

PFC will provide a birthday present for the birthday child.

Birthday Party Health & Safety

In line with all current Health & Safety requirements, the party organiser must complete a PFC party registration form, prior to the party.
If the number of children attending the party exceeds 16 a minimum of 2 qualified coaches will be required.
If you are hiring the Inflatable Speed Target Game as part of your PFC Party Package, a minimum of 2 staff will be required for any number of children up to 32. If above this number, a third coach will be required.
