PFC’s number one priority is child safety. From day one PFC has set out rigorous child safety standards and each and every staff member goes through a Child Protection training programme with both the Football Association and PFC. The PFC health and safety training programme is an ongoing process with regular reviews and training courses held for its employees throughout the year.

All PFC employees are enhanced CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) vetted and cleared before commencement of employment and the company holds full employers, public and civil liability insurance.
